Description: The newly signed Agile Contract for Philips Managed Workplace focused on enabling program initiatives, Epics and its activities with a goal of consistently achieving a client satisfaction (CSAT) score of 8+ and introducing automation as well as user experience (UX) measurement and governance throughout the entire agile adoption. To enable these goals, Change Management (MoC) was established as part of the full-service life cycle facilitating agile innovation and adoption, where permanent MoC roles were embedded at a regional level to ensure a closer reach and rapid turnaround of local service issues and service enhancements.

Description: AkzoNobel – a leading global paints and coatings company – was looking for productivity improvements in their factories to stay ahead of the competition.
As part of the DXC.technology team, we participated in this Request for Proposal (RfP) to deploy the Performance Portal in 15+ sites during 2020.

Description: As part of Reset! activities in the End-User Computing contract as delivered by DXC with BMW and reporting to the Account General Manager, the Management of Change & Communications (MoCC) team designed a Change Agent Network, owned all communications to identified stakeholder groups and handled all project and team communication, supporting BMW Middle Management stakeholders in managing and driving change top-down to impacted operational employees.
Orchestrating the IT provide’s praised representation at the manufacturer’s single biggest annual client event – the BMW IT fair in Munich – was one of the team successes. In addition to providing End-User Readiness Assessment and Change Impact Analyses, all contractual milestones prior to and during the team’s involvement were successfully completed and signed off.

Description: As part of the Energy Client’s “Digital Workplace” Agenda, the service provider contract in the “MyDevices” category required manage of a major hardware refresh and Windows10 migration program. In this context, a separate workstream for Management of Change was created where Markus lead the Change-related communications projects together with a client counterpart. Despite a number of challenges due to the organizational structure, the management team expressed its satisfaction with the professional work of the communications team, supporting the migration project.

Description: As a key member of the Global Account Project Management Office (APMO) Team, reporting to the Global Operations Director, this leadership role focused on ensuring successful Project Implementation in accordance with client KPIs.
After working closely with the Service Release Managers and Solution Architect Leads on governance and multi-million USD worth of annual change projects at the time, Markus lead a Transition & Transformation Program in which the Client Support Model was partially shifted to a new delivery center in Malaysia.

Description: After the bank’s merger with Dresdner Bank, a five-year contract for International Workplace Services included a transition and transformation of the bank’s worldwide services – including the Eurohypo Brand. As the previous Project Manager moved on, the finalization of the planning as well as the implementation of both central services in a Singapore Data Center & the setup of the bank’s decentral services in several locations throughout China, Japan, and Singapore was required.
In addition, support to the overall Project Management Team in Europe and the Account Project Management Office was provided.

Description: Development, completion and enhancement of Lufthansa’s Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), a middleware, messaging and security platform that allows the airline to interface, interoperate and integrate with their business partners and other global airline systems through open standards. Lufthansa utilizes the platform to optimize data exchange between the airline’s new inventory system and existing applications and extends it to Ticketing and Departure Control.
