Description: The newly signed Agile Contract for Philips Managed Workplace focused on enabling program initiatives, Epics and its activities with a goal of consistently achieving a client satisfaction (CSAT) score of 8+ and introducing automation as well as user experience (UX) measurement and governance throughout the entire agile adoption. To enable these goals, Change Management (MoC) was established as part of the full-service life cycle facilitating agile innovation and adoption, where permanent MoC roles were embedded at a regional level to ensure a closer reach and rapid turnaround of local service issues and service enhancements.

As part of the DXC.technology team, we participated in this Request for Proposal (RfP) to deploy the Performance Portal in 15+ sites during 2020.

Description: As part of Reset! activities in the End-User Computing contract as delivered by DXC with BMW and reporting to the Account General Manager, the Management of Change & Communications (MoCC) team designed a Change Agent Network, owned all communications to identified stakeholder groups and handled all project and team communication, supporting BMW Middle Management stakeholders in managing and driving change top-down to impacted operational employees.
Orchestrating the IT provide's praised representation at the manufacturer's single biggest annual client event - the BMW IT fair in Munich - was one of the team successes. In addition to providing End-User Readiness Assessment and Change Impact Analyses, all contractual milestones prior to and during the team’s involvement were successfully completed and signed off.

Despite a number of challenges due to the organizational structure, the management team expressed its satisfaction with the professional work of the communications team, supporting the migration project.
