Change and transformation, project and program management, organizational development, interim and management support, taken separately or as one mandate, depending on what the situation needs.
Each one can stand alone, and each addresses a different pressure. Most engagements combine two, because that is how the problems actually arrive.
“The go-live date is fixed and we are behind.”
Navigating urgent and important projects takes precision, and resources are never unlimited. We take the program end to end, or step into a running one and stabilize it: governance, planning, reporting and delivery, classic, agile or hybrid.
“We rolled it out and nobody uses it.”
Organizational change with a genuine people focus. We convey a clear vision, remove the barriers to it, and help everyone understand the why. Readiness assessments, change agents and communication after go-live.
“Our department head leaves in four weeks.”
Leadership is the art of inspiring others toward a shared goal. We develop signature leadership skills, build team commitment and strengthen the organization around them: one-to-one sparring, team development and cross-cultural collaboration.
“Two sites, two cultures, one process.”
Staff shortage, tight deadline, or a leadership seat that has to be filled before the right permanent hire is found. We bring the hard and the soft skills, keep operations running, onboard your successor and hand back cleanly.
A sequence, because in this work the order genuinely matters: skipping a step is the most common reason programs stall later.
You describe the situation. We say honestly whether we are the right partner, and what we would look at first.
A short, focused review of scope, governance, resourcing and stakeholders, followed by a written proposal with scope, model and exit criteria.
We run the mandate inside your structures, with one reporting rhythm and no separate consultant universe next to it.
Enablement, documentation and support until the change holds internally. Then we close the mandate.
A fixed number of days per month for sparring, review and steering support. For leaders who own the program themselves but want a senior second opinion.
Defined scope, defined outcome, defined end. We take responsibility for delivery inside your governance, with agreed reporting and escalation.
A named seat in your organization for a defined period, including onboarding of the permanent successor before we leave.
Usually within two to four weeks for a project mandate, and faster for interim cover when a seat has become vacant unexpectedly. The 20-minute call can normally happen in the same week you ask for it.
Both. On site in Vienna and across Austria, hybrid in the DACH region, and remote for EMEA and US engagements. Most programs settle into a rhythm of on-site workshops and remote delivery weeks.
German and English, natively in both, including workshop facilitation, sponsor coaching and written communication to the whole organization.
Whatever your organization can actually run. We are PMI, SAFe 5 and Scrum certified and have delivered in all three, but the method follows the organization rather than the other way round.
Either a day rate for advisory and interim work, or a fixed price against a defined scope for project mandates. You receive the model in writing with the proposal, together with the criteria for closing the mandate.
SMEs and multinational companies. The common factor is not headcount, it is complexity: several stakeholder groups, more than one location or culture, and a deadline that matters.
Yes, and that is a frequent starting point. The first step is an honest assessment, which sometimes concludes that the scope or the date has to change. We say so early rather than late.
Your team owns it. We document, enable and stay available for a defined support window, but the aim is a change that holds without external help.
That is a normal place to start. Describe the situation and we will tell you which of the four it actually is.
